Bei sommerlichen 20 Grad, aber vielen Schauern, wurde heute von der Mannschaft wieder hart trainiert, um sich langsam aber sicher auf den Saisonauftakt vorzubereiten. Während in den Medien und bei den Fans heftig diskutiert wird, wann endlich die erhofften Neuzugänge präsentiert werden, lässt Eintracht-Trainer Thomas Schaaf sich von dieser Unruhe nicht anstecken, sondern arbeitet weiter in Ruhe mit seinen Jungs. Er setzt viele neue Reizpunkte aber findet dabei immer die richtige Mischung aus harter Belastung und Spaß bei der Arbeit. So muss sich die Verlierer-Mannschaft ab sofort eine geeignete Bestrafung ausdenken, die unter viel Beifall der Gewinner ausgeübt wird. Dabei sind der Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt. Wie Eintracht-TV berichtet, wurde bereits ein Schlammrutschen durchgeführt, oder eine menschliche Pyramide gebaut.
Die vielen Kraft- und Ausdauerübungen sind bei der Mannschaft bisher ohne Probleme und vor allem ohne Verletzung absolviert worden, wie Reha-Trainer Michael Fabacher und Konditionstrainer Christian Kolodziej berichten: „Die Jungs haben alle ihre Hausaufgaben gemacht, das heißt sie haben ihren (Urlaubs-)Trainingsplan umgesetzt und sind fit zurückgekehrt.“ Auch die WM-Fahrer machen Fortschritte und nähern sich immer weiter durch Extraschichten dem allgemeinen Fitnessstand an. „Grundsätzlich ist es so, dass die WM-Fahrer (…) Extra-Schichten bekommen, dass sie bald auf dem Stand der anderen sind„, bestätigte Fabacher.
Damit sich am Gesundheitszustand auch weiterhin nichts ändert, sind in Donaueschingen ab sofort zwei japanische Akkupunkteure dabei, die im Bereich der Regeneration und Verletzungsprophylaxe helfen. Neues gibt es auch von unseren Talenten Sonny Kittel und Luca Waldschmidt. Beide trainieren im Rehazentrum in Frankfurt und machen Fortschritte, wobei Kittel weiterhin auf unbestimmte Zeit ausfällt und noch kein Mannschaftstraining möglich ist. Marc Stendera ist weiterhin bei der U19-EM in Ungarn und trifft mit seiner Mannschaft heute auf die U19 von Serbien (ab 18:00 Uhr live bei Eurosport).
